Edward Sturchio and Robert Radie join Orcosa’s Board of Directors

Orcosa announced the appointments of Edward A. Sturchio and Robert S. Radie to its Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2024. The appointments added independent perspectives and experience across pharmaceutical development, corporate strategy, legal affairs, and commercialization.

At the time of his appointment, Sturchio was General Counsel and an Executive Committee member at Immatics. His earlier leadership roles included General Counsel at Abeona Therapeutics and Global General Counsel at Advanced Accelerator Applications, a Novartis company. He brought more than 20 years of life sciences experience spanning regulatory compliance, transactions, and corporate strategy.

Radie brought more than three decades of experience with public and private pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. At the time of his appointment, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Neuraptive Therapeutics. His prior roles included leading Zyla Life Sciences and Topaz Pharmaceuticals, which was acquired by Sanofi Pasteur.

Together, their backgrounds broaden the experience available to Orcosa’s board and management as the company develops its medicines. Orcosa combines pharmaceutical development, clinical insight, and manufacturing expertise around a shared purpose: modernizing the way medicines are taken.
